BANNED AND DEPORTED FROM ONE COUNTRY, BANNED AND DEPORTED FROM ALL GCC COUNTRIES! SAUDI ARABIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, QATAR, KUWAIT, OMAN, and BAHRAIN UNIFIED DEPORTATION



Gulf countries will not accept previously deported workers Migrant workers, including Filipinos, who have been deported from any member of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will be barred from entering any other GCC country.

Administrator Hans Leo J. Cacdac said Qatar’s Ministry of Interior (MOI) has issued a circular declaring workers who have been deported from any of the GCC country for running away from sponsors and employers or because of a court ruling for violating labor laws will be denied entry by other GCC countries. Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait and Oman compose the Gulf Cooperation Council.


The Ministry of Interior said the circular is in accordance with the resolutions of the Secretary-General of the GCC and the activation of the security link among GCC countries that any violator of labor regulations in one of the GCC countries will be treated as a violator in the other five countries.

The GCC hopes the measure will reduce cases of runaways and ensure labor market stability in the Gulf area. Cacdac said GCC members have also an existing agreement to disallow foreign workers who were deported for being involved in criminal offenses from entering other GCC countries.

What if you wanted to resign and the employer did not allow you. Would you be ban from GCC also? Thank you

Even you deported since 2014 and you work in dubai now if i want to gut vication its posible that can not came back even i have re entry viza

If you want to resign, you have to give your resignation with 30 days notice to allow them hire your replacement. And they dont allow you,then you have to take steps inline to the provision on the labor law after your 30 days notice. And you can always seek help to the ministry of labor of the GCC country you are in. They will help you legally to conclude your resignation. As longer as you didnt break the law you can always come back to the same GCC country subject there is no "sponsorship change ban" law existing in that country otherwise you can go to another GCC country. Your ban on one GCC country will not take into effect on another GCC country.

I am a Housemaid here in Oman my sponsor in my labor card is different from the sponsor I am working with is it OK and now I am working to his relatives and sometimes I go work to the mother house and I do feet massage and my salary is only 130rial

What if im having re entry visa on saudi . .unfortunately when i was in airport im having a problem on oec .and i cant go back saudi ,my employer wont believe me until we having arguments .so i decided not to come back there. .they never contact me at all since then .so my visa was been expired .i already renew my contract to them that time. .

A case of my sister..she had a really entry visa last Feb. Or March 2014 in his employer..but she didnt comeback in Saudi instead she took a tourist visa in dubai..is it possible her record will be traced even though she got a new job and employer already since 2015

Hello admin I wanna ask something...I will go vacation on month of April and I come back at May,and my visa valid until June 18 2017..if there's any problems of it...I'm holding a working permit visa..

Panu po ung nka ban po ng 2 years po dto sa qatar, my posibelidad pa po ba silang mkakabalik ulit cla dto sa qatar.... anu po ang pwedeng gawin po, oh anu po ang mga,requirements na gawin para po matanggal po ang pagkakaban po

i resigned n my employer and i didnt fnsh my contract, only 9months, when i render my resgnation the employer accept it.and they told me pay to 200 bd....however when i want to come back again in bahrain, i was one of the blocklisted employee. i didnt done anything wrong but they reported me that im free visa and run away...the case that they file under my name is not true.what can i do in my case, any advice pls.thank you

what if you don't know you are black liosted and you are then issued by a visa, when will i ask for help? who have mistake? to whom will i get back all the money i spent just to apply for here and then at one glimpse i've been deported without knowing why visa has been issued while i am banned in middle east
