It has two kinds of ELENA House Model namely Elena End Unit (EU) and Elena Inner Unit (IU). Elena End Unit has a minimum of 54 sqm lot area and 22 sqm floor area. Elena End unit has an extra lot area on one side of the house which you can make as your extension service area or make it as your garden area. And Elena Inner Unit has a lot area of 36 sqm and a floor area of 22 sqm.
