Mayweather gave one of his better performances on one of his more difficult nights. Marcos Maidana, his opponent on May 2014 in Las Vegas, has the swarming style and physical strength that can give a good boxer like Mayweather some difficulty, says Michael Rosenthal of The Ring.

According to the CompuBox, Maidana connected on 221 punches, the most of any Mayweather opponent in fights but Floyd eventually win that match. Watch the rematch here last September 2014 where Maidana almost knocked out Mayweather on the 3rd round, and Mayweather accused Maidana of biting his hand.
