The Department of Information Communication and Technology (DICT) has installed the disc and other devices needed for the FREE WI-FI in public places in the town of Shariff Aguak.
This was the result of the meeting between the DICT officials and this LGU.
Shariff Aguak is the first town in Maguindanao to be installed by the DICT with this first ever free wi-fi.

Datu Akmad Mitra Ampatuan and the people of Shariff Aguak are so grateful to the DICT for considering our town to be the first from among the local government units in the Province of Maguindanao and in the ARMM for having this DICT project.
People from all walks of life especially the students can benefit from this program since it would be a lot easier for them to do their academic chores as well as the health workers.
