If these OFWs, the household service workers, commonly called as Domestic Helpers or Kasambahay, considered as the lowly in the OFW classess with meager income as low as P15,000 to P20,000 pesos under the saddest and sometimes scariest of circumstances can afford to SAVE and BUILD these houses, why can't we?
