How and Where to File Your Application for Tourist or Visit Visa to Japan
Once you have completed all of your requirements,
kindly submit them through one of the Japan
Embassy’s accredited agencies. There may be few instances that you are
required to appear in person for interview. Here are a few more reminders:
1. Applicants have three (3) months to submit additional requirements.
Otherwise, the application will be terminated.
2. Make sure that you have a copy of all the documents you have submitted.
That is because they will not be returned.
3. If you want to know the status of your application, you may get in touch
with your chosen accredited agency.
4. When visa is granted for Philippine passport holders, visa fee is gratis
or no cost.
5. If visa is not granted on the other hand, the reasons for denial will
not be revealed. However, application may be tried after six (6) months with
the same purpose. Except for emergency, humanitarian reasons or for a different
purpose.
