"What Goes Around Comes Around" We often hear this saying when we talk about the goodness of a person being paid unexpectedly.
This is a story of an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW) named Melencio Salvador that is being featured in an episode of Tadhana, a tv show of GMA.
Base on the short clip from YouTube, Melencio is a father of four who forced to work as a caregiver in the Bahamas after his wife died to support his children. In the Philippines, his children are being maltreated by their aunt who acts as their guardian.

In the Bahamas, Melencio also known as Miong worked as a caregiver of an old and sickly man. Due to his hard work, effort and giving tender loving care, the old man included Miong in his last will and testament.
But life in the Bahamas comes never easy for Miong. There was a time he was being accused of being a theft. To support his kids, he endures also long years of homesickness and being far away from his children.
When the old man died, Miong receives reward amounting to $50,000 or equivalent to P2.5 million pesos. According to the son of the old man, Miong deserves the reward because of the love and care he showed to his father.

Miong comes home in the Philippines and settles for good where he bought a house and a jeepney as now the source of their income.
