P5,000 Covid-19 Assistance ng DOLE, Sino ang Puwede?






MANILA, Philippines — BUKAS na ang Department of Labor and Employment o DOLE sa mga gustong mag-apply para sa Covid-19 Adjustment Measures Program 3 o CAMP3.

Ito ay safety net program ng DOLE na magbibigay ng one-time na tulong pinansyal sa mga manggagawa sa pormal na sektor na naapektuhan ang trabaho dahil sa Covid-19 pandemic at pagpapairal ng Alert Level 3 pataas sa iba't-ibang bahagi ng bansa.

Umaabot sa P1 billion ang budget ng ahensiya sa implementasyon ng CAMP 3.

Magkano ang financial support sa ilali ng CAMP 3?

P5,000 na one-time financial assistance ang matatanggap ng mga affected workers at individuals sa private sector.

Sino sino ang sakop ng CAMP 3?

Sakop ng CAMP 3 ang mga manggagawa at individual na naapektuhan ang trabaho sa pagpapatupad ng Alert Level 3 pataas dahil sa Covid-19 pandemic mula Enero 2022 pataas.

Sino naman ang hindi sakop ng CAMP 3?

HIndi kasama sa CAMP 3 ang mga government employees, foreign nationals, maliban na lamang sa mga Persons of Concern at beneficiaries ng DOLE-DOT CAMP Odette.

Paano ang application process ng CAMP 3?

Application

I-sumite ang application sa reports.dole.gov.ph/camp3
Para sa mga apketadong establishments, mag-sumite ng report of Retrenchment, Temporary Closure o Permanent Closure kasama ang kumpletong listahan ng apektadong empleyado sa reports.dole.gov.ph/camp3 bago mag-sumit ng application sa nasabing portal.

Processing

Ang DOLE Regional o Field Offices ang tatanggap o susuri sa mga application na may kumpletong requirements. Makakatanggap ng email o text messages ang aplikante kung naaprubahan ang kanyang application o hindi.

Release of Financial Assistance

Matatanggap ang benepisyong P5,000 sa loob ng dalawang linggo matapos aprobahan ang aplikasyon sa pamamagitan ng money remittance o bank transfer direkta sa apektadong manggagawa.

Makakatanggap ng text mula sa money remittance center o bangko kung maaari na at kung paano i claim ang benepisyo.


Ano ang mga requirements sa pag-apply sa CAMP 3?

Para sa mga establishments, narito ang mga requirements na dapat i-comply:
  1. Report of Retrenchment, Temporary Closure o Permanent Closure habang napapasailalim sa Alert Level 3 pataas ang lugar at aktibong account sa DOLE Establishments Reporting System

  2. Latest payroll, not earlier than November 2021 na may kumpletong listahan ng mga apektadog empleyado o alinman sa mga sumusunod:
  • Proof of payment of wages via logbook or ledger
  • Employment contract
  • Cash voucher o petty cash voucher
  • Authority to debit account sent by employer to bank for the wages of employees
  • SSS, Philhealth, at Pag-IBIG Alphalist ot list of remittances
  • List of employees with 13th month pay
Para sa mga individuals, narito ang mga requirements na dapat i-comply:
  1. Malinaw na litrato ng aplikante na may hawak na valid government issued ID

  2. Notaryadong katibayan ng unemployment halimbawa, Certificate of Employment; Affidavit of Termination of Employment o Notice of Temporary o Notice of Temporary Layoff na may petsang pasok sa panahon Alert Level 3 o pataas ang lugar.
Sa ngayon, inanunsyo ng DOLE na nasa 58,000 application na ang kanilang natanggap para sa CAMP at posibleng masimulan na ang payout ngayong Pebrero.

SSS P20K Calamity Loan Makapag-apply na Online

Ang Social Security System (SSS) ay magbibigay ng P20,000 calamity loan para tulungan ang mga miyembro nito sa gitna ng kinakaharap na krisis dahil sa enhanced community quarantine at paglaban sa sakit na coronavirus disease 2019 o COVID-19) ayun kay SSS head of public affairs Fernan Nicolas.

Ayun pa sa opisyales, lalabas ang programa at benepisyong ito sa susunod na dalawang linggo at pwedeng makapagapply ang miyembro ONLINE at hindi kailangang mag-apply ng personal dahil sa nakakahawang sakit na Corona Virus. 

“Pino-program lang po namin ang aming computer system kasi first time po na mago-offer kami ng calamity loan using the online facility, kasi nga po bawal lumabas ang mga tao,” ayun kay Nicolas sa interview sa radyoTV na Dobol B sa News TV. Sundan ang proseso ng pa-aapply ng PAG-IBIG CALAMITY LOAN dito.

“By second week of April po, puwede na po iyang ma-avail. Mai-implement na po namin iyan.”

Ayun pa kay Nicolas, ang mga miyembro ng SSS  also said that SSS na may kasalukuyang salary loan ay pwede pa ring makabenepisyo o makapag-apply ng calamity loan basta ang isang miyembro ay patuloy na nagbabayad ng kanyang loan sa tamang oras.

“As long as hindi ka delinquent borrower, puwede ka sa calamity loan,” saad ni Nicolas.

Ang bawat aktibong miyembro ay pwedeng makapag-apply ng salary loan online sa pamamagitan ng paglog-in sa MySSS o sa website ng SSS. Sundan dito ang proseso paano makapag-apply ng SALARY LOAN ONLINE gamit ang mobile phone

“Sa regular salary loan, wala ng masyadong documentation na kailangan. May form lang online, at ipa-process po ito ng SSS. Ginagawan po namin ng paraan na maipasok ito sa savings account nila,” patuloy pa ni Nicolas.

Sa mga pensyonado naman ay pwede silang makapag-apply ng SSS Pensioners Loan. Sundan ang SSS PENSIONERS LOAN dito

Ang mga SSS members naman na nawalan ng trabaho dahil sa umiiral na enhanced community quarantine dahil sa COVID-19, ay pwedeng makakuha ng benepisyo ng unemployment benefit program na pwedeng magbigay sa miyembro ng mahigit sa P20,000, depende sa salary ng isang empleyado. Ito po ay hindi utang at hindi babayaran sa SSS kundi ayuda o tulong dahil sa pagkawala ng trabaho. Dapat miyembro ka ng SSS at nagbabayad sa loob ng 36 months o tatlong taon.

DOLE Magbibigay ng P5000 Unemployment Benefit sa mga Apektado ng COVID19

The government will provide unemployment benefit worth P5000 cash assistance to private-sector workers affected by a one-month lockdown in Luzon because of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), according to the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
Under the COVID-19 Adjustment Measures Program (CAMP), workers receive "one-time financial assistance" worth P5,000 regardless of their employment status.

Private establishments that have implemented flexible working arrangements (FWAs) or temporary closures due to COVID-19 will enter the program.

Magbibigay ng P5,000 na financial assistance ang DOLE para sa mga empleyado ng private establishments na apektado ng Luzon quarantine. Maaaring makapag-apply nito sa pamamagitan ng iyong employer. Sino-sino ang maaaring kumuha nito? Paano ang proseso? Alamin ang detalye sa video na ito.

To obtain financial assistance, employers must submit an "establishment report" explaining how the spread of COVID-19 affected its business, and company payroll for the month before the temporary closure began.

Ayon sa report ng ABS-CBN: 
Isusumite ang aplikasyon at mga required na dokumento sa online applicaiton system ng DOLE. Magsasagawa ng evaluation o susuriin ng DOLE kung eligible o karapat-dapat sa tulong ang mga aplikante. Makatatanggap ang aplikante ng email ng notice of approval o notice of detail makalipas ang 3 araw. Puwedeng ma-deny ang aplikasyon ng employer dahil sa ineligibility, misrepresentation of facts, at submission of falsified documents. Idederetso ng DOLE regional office ang tulong pinansiyal sa payroll account ng benepisyaryo sa pamamagitan ng bank transfer sa loob ng 2 linggo.

Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III signed the document for assistance following the implementation of enhanced community quarantine throughout Central Luzon, a move against the spread of COVID-19 in the country.

Due to enhanced quarantine, malls and other non-essentials had to be shut down

Ads     This is the new insurance program for workers who had been laid-off or terminated against their will. It seeks to help workers who lost their jobs and are in need of financial assistance.     Unemployed workers who can avail of the financial assistance program should be an SSS member, who has contributed for at least 36 months and not older than 60 years-old.  If the application is approved the SSS member can avail of 50% of his/her salary bracket.  The current salary bracket has Php2,000 minimum which requires Php80 contribution while the highest bracket is at Php20,000 with contribution of Php800.  So, for those who has minimum contribution, the unemployed worker can receive Php1,000 for two months while those with the maximum contribution can receive Php10,000.00 for two months.  “Short-term lang ito. Financial assistance during the time na nawalan sila ng trabaho,” an SSS official told ABS-CBN News.  Unemployed workers need to present two government IDs and a certification from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).  To get the certification from DOLE, an applicant must present a valid ID and a notice of termination from their employer to make sure that the loss of job was due to retrenchment, bankruptcy or redundancy.
