Currency-exchange Owner Offers HKD100 To Stranded Peya Travels OFW Clients

A currency exchange owner in Hong Kong offers HK$100 for each of the stranded OFWs due to Peya travel agency fraud.

Franki, owner of exchange company chains in Hong Kong  which is operating for over 3 decades, said that most of his clients are Filipina domestic workers who remits their hard-earned money to their family back home.

He also said that he has Filipino employees as well and he found them hard-working and kindhearted.

He allocated a total of HK$50,000 from his own pocket to help 500 maids stranded by the agency's botched operation, who just need to show their booking records to get HK$100 which was availed by around 60 domestic workers already.
