Irresponsible Agency Forgiven By Maltreated OFW

Glaiza Felisilda was deployed by Insana International Placement Agency as a household service worker in Saudi Arabia and was a victim of contract switching . On the contract she signed, she was about to work with a certain female employer named "Fatima" but when she arrived in Saudi Arabia in November, she was told to be working with a male employer who was beating and maltreating her. She called her agency and told them that she wants to go home but they said they will repatriate her on February. When her mother, Editha Felisilda went to the agency to follow-up Glaiza's repatriation, she was told by the agency that they are arranging her exit visa but actually, they're not. The Mother of the OFW sought the help of the program of Mr. Raffy Tulfo for her daughter to finally come home. When Mr. Tulfo called the recruitment agency, the accountant talked to him with a rude manner telling him that the complainant should come to their office instead of coming to Mr. Tulfo's program. Mr. Tulfo contacted OWWA for the repatriation of the OFW. Glaiza is now finally home with her loved ones. Instead of pressing charges on Insana, the OFW decided not to pursue the case but instead chose to forgive the agency in spite of her unpleasant experience due to the said recruitment agency's negligence.
