Mas mura ang mga properties na ito kung ihahambing sa mga ibinebenta sa real-estate market dahil sa iba't-ibang kondisyon ng mga ito. Pero kung masikap ka sa paghahahanap ng properties dito at sa pag-proseso ng mga dapat gawin, talagang makakakuha ka ng properties na para sa iyo.
