Exchange Student Scholarship In USA For Filipino High School Students (Grade 8-11)

Education is a very important aspect in each one of us. We believe that each person must have equal opportunity to a good education, but it may be a big challenge for some who doesn't have financial capacity to pay for it.

Having access to a quality education can be very pricey, and most often only the privileged ones can afford it. However, there are also scholarship opportunities that could help an individual gain the education and experience. Of course, it is not going to be easy. Because nothing that is worthwhile comes easily. You have to work hard, persevere and have the right attitude if you want something.

One of the scholarship opportunities that United States is offering is the Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) program. The program is funded by the U.S. Department of State, Bureau of Educational & Cultural Affairs (ECA) and it provides scholarships for high school students. One of the participating countries is Philippines.

The program also supports students with disabilities and encourages their participation
