35,000 Jobs In Japan for Foreign Workers


The Japan International Corporation of Welfare Services (JICWELS) initially needs qualified male or female applicants for 150 Nurses and 600 Careworkers
QUALIFICATIONS:

NURSES
 Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing;
 With Board License;
 With at least three (3) years hospital experience;
 Preferably 20 to 35 years old; and
 Must be medically and psychologically fit to work

CAREWORKERS
 Graduate from any four (4) year course and certified as a caregiver by TESDA;
 Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (under board) or any allied profession;
 Preferably 20 to 35 years old; and
 Must be medically and psychologically fit to work

QUALIFIED APPLICANTS are advised to REGISTER ONLINE at www.poea.gov.ph or www.eregister.poea.gov.ph and personally submit the following documents to the Manpower Registry Division, Ground Floor, Window T, POEA Building, EDSA corner Ortigas Avenue, Mandaluyong City:
 A detailed resume with one piece 2x2 picture
 Authenticated College Diploma (for careworker applicants), to follow 
 Transcript of Records
 Valid PRC ID (for nurse applicants)
 Employment Certificates (for nurse applicants)
 Valid TESDA Certificate on Caregiving (for careworker applicants)
 Japanese Language Training Certificate, if available
 Copy of valid passport
 Valid NBI Clearance (for travel abroad)
Deadline for submission of applications is on: May 31, 2017
Caregiving and housekeeping are not the only jobs opened for Filipinos who wants to work in Japan.  According to Labor Undersecretary Dominador Say, Japan is in need of 35,000 foreign workers, but stress out that this is not just for Filipinos but open for all foreign workers.  Say said, Filipinos are much preferred by Japanese employers or companies because of our working attitude and work quality.


Caregiving and housekeeping are not the only jobs opened for Filipinos who wants to work in Japan.

According to Labor Undersecretary Dominador Say, Japan is in need of 35,000 foreign workers, but stress out that this is not just for Filipinos but open for all foreign workers.

Say said, Filipinos are much preferred by Japanese employers or companies because of our working attitude and work quality.

But he cautions Filipinos who wants to work in Japan. He said, as of now there is no hiring yet for caregivers because they are waiting for Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR) regarding the deployment of caregivers in the said country.

But the officials is positive that the IRR may out this year.

He also said that those who wants to work in Japan may check the website of POEA to make sure if job orders and agency are legitimate.

Aside from caregiver, foreign workers including Filipinos can apply jobs for Japan in the fields of auto mechanics, farming, jobs in restaurant and Information technology (IT).



Say added, for those who are interested, it is important to have an experience and additional knowledge. It is also an advantage of the worker if he or she already knows how to speak and understand the Japanese language.

Just last week, some Japanese businessmen are in the Philippines for the possibility of putting up a training facility for caregivers and housekeepers in the country.
