PEBA NOKIA OVI
Pero enjoying it, loving it, and yes, inspired by you!
"PEBA LADY crying for help!"
I know kayo din. Or else, blogging is dead! Hehe!
Enjoy this Video ad for NOKIA OVI. Ill add more once may magsubmit pa.
Ang galing di ba? ang gwagwapo at gaganda nila! Konting retouch lang yan sa aking magic photo and shop, hehe. This ad is really worth more than the 60T that Nokia is paying as a co-presentor, pero it is a priceless ad with real people, real blogger, real OFW's toiling in a foreign land for the sake of love ones back home. Only one means that is keeping the love and inspiration alive...communication, mobile phone, and yes, NOKIA.
Hindi kasya sa Post tab ko, kaya head over sa PEBA site to watch the full ads. Salamat!

Prayer for Lifemoto
Lifemoto is a friend of Thoughtskoto.
We will always pray for you, in our heart and in our mind. Magpakatatag ka pa lalo, kahit back to zero ka, please remember that God loves you, and so do we!

NOKIA Philippines, partnering with PEBA, INC! Yehey!!!
I am still overwhelmed. Thank you. Thank you very much!
What this partnership mean? That thousands of pesos will be given by NOKIA to PEBA to finance the fees and expenses na that will be incurred during the event.
We are asking NOKIA too, to choose two awards from the nominees and they can give prizes like mobile phones or gift packs. Example, NOKIA OFW Blogger Award, NOKIA VIDEO Award, etc.
Hindi lang po Nokia, everyday, we are receiving lots of inquiries and will probably nail a deal soon. Lahat po yan, kasali ang nominees.
Example, baka mag-agree ang www.netvision.com.ph na bigyan ng one-year free subscription ang Top 10 Winners or ang isang hotel to give one-night free stay valid for one year stub ang Top 10 winners. Lots of surprises, lots of excitements. Keep the E alive!
For the meantime, anybody who can come up with an ad about Nokia OVI and PEBA, something like this one, or something that talks about OFW doing OVI mail, the winner will win a mobile phone and gift packs courtesy of Nokia and PEBA.
Dear Kenji,
Maybe this early, you can suggest something Nokia can do with your blogger community. To give you a backgrounder, we're trying to push Ovi Mail (email account you can set up on your Nokia phone without need for a laptop or computer). The Phils. is the text capital of the world and we're trying to tell everyone that we can also be the mobile email capital of the world but there's still a lot of work to be done. For example, OFWs with family in the provinces who might not have access to internet can get the latest Nokia phone (and I'm talking about P2k-P7k phones here) and that alone can enable them to send longer notes (not just sms messages) to their family working abroad. I suggest you visit www.ovi.com to see what else we can offer bloggers (see my signature at the bottom) and maybe we can get your input. =)
- Thanks.
Nokia Philippines
I Ovi. Do you? =)
So? visit the OVI site online and tell your family about it also. I never thought about this, but whew, the GPRS is working anywhere in the Philippines di ba, kaya they can send picture, videos, or even file and documents using their cellphone. Galing di ba?

Keep E Alive!
Who is E?
No, not the E in the Pink Tarha Girls, it's the non-breathing, but always fun to be with E.
EXCITEMENT. ENTHUSIASM. EAGERNESS. EXHILARATION
Iba-ibang spelling, iisang first letter, iisang meaning.
The past few days is a busy day para sakin, I am sure kayo din.
I understand that sometimes our excitements and enthusiasm are dampen and sometimes, weaken by the outward forces beyond our control, or sometimes too, as a result of the choices we made and the consequences that comes along with the decisions we made.
Everyday, I promise to do something for PEBA. Kinakabahan ba ako? No. Infact as the days nearer, I feel more confident. With the current influx of volunteers to PEBA everyday, I feel overwhelmed and grateful for them and to God.
Wala pa talaga kaming major sponsor na nagdonate ng pera, mostly exchange deals and services. I understand, the calamity that struck the country as well as the dire need for cash this election are some of the reasons. I need to raise 200T to provide the decent and formal and yes, special program for my friends and fellow OFW's. I don't want it to be grand, I just want it to be special, and I know NJ wanted the same.
I never lose hope. NJ don't lose hope too. We are trying to exhaust our contacts and connections. If we can't get a major sponsor who will support us with cash, worst comes to worst, we will tap the politicians. But right now, as much as possible, we are not trying to engaged them. If they are willing, we will accept whatever they can offer without making us responsible or making us endorse them or their party. Ayaw ng politiko sa PEBA. I want PEBA and KABLOGS to be healthy organizations free from liabilities or politicians and the taint of them.
But I said, anybody who wishes to be a part of this event and who will honestly support us, we will accept them.
If politicians will not, then we will turn to our blogger-friends who will make this history more touching and overwhelming, contributing and uniting once more to prove to the world that there is unity in OFW's in time of distress and in time of uplifting the spirit.
Keep the excitements and inspiration alive. You have that within you. Each of us can contribute and do our share in small and simple ways, in one way or another. It is not my program or organization alone. It is yours as well. I am asking each of you, my dearest friends to walk with me, with NJ, and the rest of PEBA. Together, as KABLOGS, as PEBA, as bloggers, as OFW, as Filipinos, we can do it.

I am still in need of Chemist, Technicians, Industrial Electrician, Industrial Mechanic. I'll be the one sorting the resumes, email them at jazeerahwater@gmail.com
Initial salary will be P25T to P30T a month, with free accommodation and transport going to work and back to villa. Please spread the word to ALL our kababayans out there..

Juana Change and Others Going to PEBA!
Pete, the Metro Manila Chairman of PEBA 2009 Awarding related to me that he invited Mae Paner or the infamous "Juana Change" to our event this December and says she is welcome, and she is available that day and will come and might do some comic act!
I love Juana Change, especially this video below talking about OFW's and Rizal...
Yanah also invited "The Running Priest" Fr. Robert Reyes and his PAROKYA sa WEB to attend our event this December, and hope Yanah will make a follow-up on that.
I am in contact with Noel Cabangon, the famous singer of "Kanlungan" and Gary Granada, the singer/composer behind "Kapag Nanalo ang Ginebra"
Have you heard that the grandson of the late Senator Blas Ople, Carlo will be the Project Coordinator of the PEBA Event? Carlo is a blogger too, and I and him are coordinating for the possible sponsorship of the OPLE POLICY CENTER under the leadership of an OFW FRIEND and DEFENDER, helping many many distressed OFW's especially the driver's stranded in Dubai. Susan "Toots" Ople, the youngest daughter of KA BLAS OPLE will be one of the speaker during that event.
So? Do we have reason to be excited?
Wait lang, kulang pa yan, excitement pa lang yan, you see, may humabol pa, nominee no. 33!
With the current media we are hoping to join and be our partner,
we are expected to have 200 participants in a dinner-date event that post Christmas night,
with the estimated 50,000 viewers online through live streaming, and several millions that will watch the television through plug-ins, news reports, and yes, listen to international radio broadcast.
Who and what are those, find out soon in PEBA site.

The Goodness Within Us
When I announced this Friday to my group of friends here in Saudi that we will be gathering used clothing, shoes, anything that we don't use, and we think the victims can use, and donate it to them, there was a nod in everybody's faces.
Meron ngang tanong from a South African that weighed around 300 pounds;
"Kenji, are there Filipinos my size?" We laughed. Yes.
When we get home, people started calling where they can drop their donations, packs, and boxes. Mrs. Thoughtskoto is very busy also right now, she is gathering clothes of Hevyn, stuffs of hers and mine that we don't use as well.
I've asked yesterday where to drop off these boxes of donations, Yanah said the local TFC office are accepting them, and I've read that LBC Express are accepting them also.
I am also thinking of the boxes that PEBA received from Andrew of SinuateMedia to donate to the victims in Marikina. I will have to ask NJ's approval and Pete's disposition.
One American soldier conducting a medical mission in the flooded area evacuation center asks
"How come Filipinos are still smiling and giving us High-Fives amidst this tragedy?"
It is a wonder, but it is also the culture, and the fact that we know, and we have tremendous hope that after the storm, the sun will still shine.
Above all, the goodness within us, the natural kindness of Filipino's coupled with the talents and skills and the knowledge we gained makes us hopeful, makes us smile despite of the challenges and adversities we face.
I have a workmate that was devastated that he is back to zero, or even below zero, because his house was buried in the mud, his furnitures are all gone, his tv, washing, ref, pc, component, clothes and many others are beyond repair.
To you Mang Wilson, it is still a blessing that you are an OFW. OFW's affected by Ondoy will get a help and loans from the OWWA, to start over, and this was according to him.
God bless our kababayans out there. And even though storms will keep coming, we are still a beautiful country, with awesome and good people, ready to help, to lend time, efforts and even give cash and donations in kind to help someone recover, gather the pieces, and rebuild their lives.
I love being a Filipino! I love the Philippines! I love PEBA! (lol)

I am back to business, sabi ng kaibigan ko, hehe. Yehey!
Nakita niyo ang New Header and theme ng site namin? This is because the summer is gone. Winter time is coming. Green is gone, but it is in. It is fresh, and it is symbolic of a new start.
At higit sa lahat it is good to the eyes. Hope you guys like it!
